SHIPPING INFORMATION

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. Some Items shipped from United States Warehouses to United States Continent (Domestic Shipping) normally process and ship within 1-5 business days from the day you place the order. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, we don't change or cancel orders after orders are placed and confirmed.
Processing
It normally takes 1-5 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
International Shipping:
* Customs fees may be required for some international orders, which will be different in each country. We would only charge you the cost of shipping the item to you - customs charges are down to the customer. The customer is responsible for all customs fees . If a package is returned to us, the Customer will be responsible for original shipping cost and return shipping charges.
* Please be aware that there is a possibility of shipping delay on all international orders. Due to the different Customs regulations in every country, the estimated delivery time may be influenced. USBECKHAM “we” will not be held responsible nor liable for lost or stolen packages after the packages are delivered to the customer’s address. All these are out of our control.
* Please submit a ticket within 2 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

Our return policy lasts 30 days for store credit. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately the item will not be eligible for returns.
